The mission of the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) is to advance and protect the rights, benefits, and interests of members, and promote a quality system of public education for all students.

Teen Arts NJ (TANJ) has been awarded a grant totaling $298,829.50 from The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) under Phase II of the Activation, Revitalization, and Transformation (A.R.T.) program in partnership with The New Jersey State Council on the Arts. With this funding, Teen Arts New Jersey developed the TANJ Youth Arts Initiative, free arts and educational programming, in Asbury Park, NJ, from March through October 2026.
