Konscious Youth Development & Service (KYDS) is a healing-centered nonprofit that supports youth through social-emotional learning, restorative practices, and leadership development. KYDS recognizes the importance of the arts in helping young people transform trauma into healthy skills and find meaningful outlets for self-expression. Through partnerships with Teen Arts New Jersey, KYDS is able to amplify one of the most effective pathways to youth well-being—creating safe, supportive spaces where young people can regulate their emotions, connect with others, and express their lived experiences in healthy, empowering ways. Our work helps youth feel grounded, confident, and supported as they explore and share their voice.
