What a day it was at our July Pop-Up! It was our most highly attended event yet! We tripled our teen attendance in most of our partner locations!

At the Asbury Park Art Club teens selected their own project from an art menu and created beach glass mosaics, bracelet making and air-dry clay sculptures!

Writers enjoyed a sensory experience at Parlor Gallery. Project Write Now instructors partnered with Cookman Creamery for a creative writing workshop. The kids tapped into their senses as it related to ice cream and wrote about the experience. Participants walked away with a complimentary journal, pen and stickers.

Over the Moon Art Studios had three different art stations happening at once! Teens could dabble in ink and watercolor painting, use foam and cardboard to create sculptures, and create one-of-a-kind sketchbook covers!

Trenton Circus Squad was at the Carousel Building! They brought energy and creativity through performances and interactive workshops. Visitors were able to try out classic circus acts like juggling, unicycling, globe walking, acrobatics, stilt walking, plate spinning and much more!

At Kula Urban Farm, teens were ripping, dipping and dripping newspaper pages to create papier mache bowls. Using a simple mixture of glue and water, they used layering techniques to craft unique and functional art!

Down on the boardwalk Art Spot participants unleashed their creativity to transform heavyweight paper into an articulated mega moth using assorted papers, feathers, pipe cleaners and various art supplies and a lot of imagination!

At the Showroom Cinema, participants transformed their personal experiences into captivating stage performances. They learned to structure narratives, master storytelling and build confidence through performance techniques.
