In this exciting hands-on class, students will explore the creative possibilities of digital photography and mixed media art. Using their own original photographs as a starting point, they will learn how to enhance, transform, and reimagine images through color, texture, collage, layering, typography, and digital effects. Students will experiment with professional tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop while also learning how to use AI-assisted creative tools responsibly as part of the artistic process.

From creating surreal photo compositions and eye-catching digital collages to designing expressive visual stories, students will discover how photography can become much more than a picture. Along the way, they will develop technical skills, strengthen their artistic voice, and build a portfolio of original work that reflects their unique perspective and style.
